3168 Base Station Rd. Marshfield Station, NH

Experience Mt. Washington, New England’s highest peak, on the world’s first mountain-climbing cog railway. Since 1869 this National Historic Engineering Landmark has been the vacation highlight of visitors from around the world.

The three hour guided train tour will give your group a sense of adventure and history only found on the highest peak in the Northeast. At the peak of the 6,288-foot peak, your group can spend an hour taking in panoramic views that span mountains, lakes, and valleys. Back at the station, view authentic vintages train engines.

Your group can choose to take a ride up the mountain in a vintage coach powered by a historic steam locomotive or one the more modern eco-friendly engines. Groups are always welcomed at the Cog. The Cog is a great premier destination for student groups, tour group, or corporate groups. Talk with a group sales representatives about the competitive group rates available. There is a minimum requirement of 20 group members.

Additional group perks include motor coach parking, choice of the cafeteria, box lunch or buffet, shop and museum tours, and suggested itineraries.
